First let me apologize that I haven’t written this note earlier. Sean and I have been absolutely swamped with renovating the new house in Pembroke Pines and moving everything over to that location. That being said, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make our wedding day so special. When Sean and I walked into the Sheppard Estate, I must admit that I took our breath away. Even today, three months later, guests from that night are commenting on how beautiful everything was. It’s only fair that I allocate the majority of that credit to you and your staff. Carolyn, you and Creative Catering Concepts helped to make our day flawless with your professional manner, your attention to detail and your absolutely wonderful food and service. You may find it hard to believe, but I had several guests that are very influential in the local restaurant and hotel industry, (two executive chefs and a hotel general manager) and they were just as impressed as my husband and I with you and your staff. Sean and I both feel very lucky to have met such a wonderful, caring person who puts so much of her heart and soul into her events. We both feel that we could not only recommend you as a caterer we’ve worked in the past, but as a personal friend.

Hi Carolyn,

First I want to thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve!  We truly enjoyed having the family at our home and everyone, I mean everyone thought the food was excellent.  We received so many compliments on everything -- from the appetizers, dinner and the deserts.  The little boxed cakes were a hit.  Everything was perfect.

Our Christmas dinner was overwhelming.  When we uncovered the prime rib, Rob and I were in total amazement -- we cooked it according to the directions your Chef left me, and it was perfect.  I can't even begin to tell you how much we ate.  Everyone had tickets for the Dolphin game that night and no one went.  We had dinner and the family kept going back that evening for more food.  That was very generous of you to supply the dinner as a gift to us.  Thank you so much.

Funny, you should ask about the Super Bowl.  Rob and Jaime (my daughter) are on the Board of Directors for Nick's Kids.  The organization sponsored by Nick Saban.  Well, needless to say, the Saban name has been withdrawn from all the Super Bowl events which they had planned here in Florida.  The Director of the charity who lives in Coral Springs is still in charge, but I have a feeling that they will be doing more in Alabama. What a disappointment for everyone.  If I hear of anything going on here in the area, you know I will definitely pass on your name.

Again, thank you so much for making our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so enjoyable.  Rob and I extend to you all our best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year.  We hope to see you soon.

Dear Caroline,
All of the attendees at our event held at the Antique Car Museum agreed that it was one of the best off-site dinners we have held. The venue was great and your efforts in providing great service and quality food were exceptional.

We appreciate your attention to detail and the extra efforts your staff made to make our evening so special. My hat is off to you, your chef and service personnel for the quality food, and the great service with lots of smiles and, yes, the Bananas Foster was a big hit, far beyond the cliche "icing on the cake."
